I am Sew excited you are here!
I am a lifelong resident of Fullerton and love our town. In fact, my husband, David and I live just four blocks from the sewing studio and it has been a dream of mine to open a small business downtown once my kids were grown.
I recently retired from teaching after over 20 years in Fullerton Elementary schools. I have also taught online art classes to homeschoolers and sewing lessons to kids in my home.
I love the wonder of a child's mind and want to foster screen-free interaction to create and connect.
I am excited to merge my two favorite things, and with that, SEW FUN was born!
I am so happy and excited to be teaching and creating art with you. I am a teacher, artist, wife, mother of two adult daughters, and one crazy feline. I am a hometown girl as I was born, raised, and live in Fullerton. I have been teaching over 30 years with California Teaching Credentials in art, drama and elementary education. My specialties are drawing, painting and ceramics.
Bringing my two passions of art and teaching together has been an incredible gift for me, and I love laughing and learning with my students every day.
